Within the IT department, the IT IAM Tribe (Insurance Asset Management) is structured into cross-functional squads to drive, accelerate, and maximize client-value creation. The squads oversee IT projects and ensure the operational continuity of the Asset Management Division’s business applications. Their core activities include:
Order management & life-cycle follow-up,
Position management,
Valuation of investment mandates,
Administration of financial reference data (securities, pricing, securities transactions, etc.),
Portfolios accounting,
Management of financial cash flows.
The I&A Squad (Inventories and Approvals) is part of the IT IAM Tribe and is responsible for business in-house software such as Edgar and Swat to provide the information to:
Build the French asset inventories,
Aggregate the BNPPC asset inventories (France and international),
Prepare asset inputs for Solvency II and IFRS accounting standards
Generate the Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs) for regulatory compliance
Provide the approval workflow for the commercialization of unit-linked funds (UC)
Provide historical archiving of unit-linked fund (UC) approval processes
Position Purpose:
Mission takes place within the I&A Squad, whose goal is to handle autonomously the RUN activities (morning-checks verifications, incident management, production support, user assistance, etc.) as well as the CHANGE activities. The squad shares common motivations: proximity to the business line, agility, and quality of delivered services, combining business-line skills with IT expertise.

Investigate and resolve technical incidents
Implement or apply bug fixes to fix anomalies
Remediate security vulnerabilities
Support deployment plan executions (on-call duties and night/weekend work, 1-2 times per month)
Propose improvements and action plans for recurring incidents
Contribute to preparations for extreme application exercises
Assist users with technical issues
Development
Design, develop, test and maintain Qlik Sense, Powershell, SQL & PROC/SQL code
Estimate costs and timelines
Create and update production and technical documentation as needed
Prepare test environments and support testing phases
Perform non-regression testing to ensure technical stability

Specific Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
