Job Summary
The Computer Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing students' interpersonal, communication, professional, and digital workplace skills to enhance their employability. The trainer will conduct interactive training sessions on communication, personality development, workplace etiquette, digital literacy, interview preparation, and basic computer applications, ensuring students are prepared for today's professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in soft skills and basic computer applications.
- Train students in spoken and written English, business communication, and workplace communication.
- Conduct sessions on personality development, confidence building, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Teach employability skills, including resume writing, job application preparation, interview techniques, and group discussion skills.
- Train students in workplace ethics, professional etiquette, customer service, and time management.
- Provide basic computer training using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, internet browsing, and digital collaboration tools.
- Conduct activities, role plays, presentations, case studies, and group exercises to improve communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate students through presentations, practical exercises, mock interviews, and written assessments.
- Mentor students to improve confidence, communication, and career readiness.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and participation, maintaining accurate records.
- Organize workshops, seminars, personality development sessions, and career guidance programmes.
- Stay updated with industry expectations, digital workplace trends, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline.
- Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Soft Skills Training, Human Resource Management, English, Communication, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Employability Skills, Corporate Training, or Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Classroom, computer laboratory, and online training environment.
- May involve online, offline, and hybrid teaching modes.

Pay: ₹11,695.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
