Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong expertise in BI reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, analyzing existing dashboards and data models, developing reporting solutions, and working closely with business stakeholders to address reporting and dashboard requirements. The role requires hands-on experience with MicroStrategy as the primary BI tool and QlikView as a secondary tool.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in MicroStrategy Development (Reports & Dashboards).
- Advanced SQL Query Writing, Optimization, and Data Validation.
- BI Reporting and Analytics Experience (7–8 Years).
- Dashboard Design, Development, and Maintenance.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Business Analysis Skills.
- Data Reconciliation and Reporting Accuracy Validation.
- Understanding of Enterprise Data Models and Data Warehousing Concepts.
- Production Support, Performance Optimization, and Report Enhancements.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
Good To Have Skills:
- QlikView Development (Scripting, Data Modelling, Dashboards, QVDs).
- Data Lake Architecture and Concepts.
- Dimensional Data Modelling Experience.
- Experience with Cross-Functional Business Teams.
- KPI Analysis and Business Process Understanding.
- Data Visualization Best Practices.
- Experience in Enterprise BI Environments.
