Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while working closely with business leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within approved guidelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Create employee records in HRMS.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for system access, ID cards, laptops, email accounts, and workspace allocation.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Update employee information in HRMS regularly.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Process employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and resignations.
- Issue HR letters including:
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Promotion Letters
- Experience Letters
- Relieving Letters
- Salary Certificates
- Employment Verification Letters
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Verify employee attendance and leave balances.
- Maintain overtime and shift-related records where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Finance team during payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Plan birthday celebrations, festival events, and company functions.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys.
- Support employee wellness initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Assist in probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal activities.
- Track performance review timelines.
- Prepare appraisal documentation.
- Maintain employee performance records.
HR Compliance
- Ensure employee records comply with company policies.
- Maintain statutory documentation related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Assist during statutory and internal HR audits.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.
- Maintain healthy employee relationships.
- Support grievance handling under HR Manager guidance.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare Full & Final Settlement documentation.
- Collect company assets during employee separation.
HR Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment status reports.
- Prepare employee headcount reports.
- Generate attrition and retention reports.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring status.
- Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.
Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate with the Admin department for employee requirements.
- Support office administration during employee onboarding.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for candidates if required.
- Assist in organizing company meetings and events.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll and attendance management.
- Familiarity with Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / BBA (HR) / Any Bachelor's Degree with HR Specialization
Preferred Skills
- Internship or prior experience in HR Operations or Recruitment.
- Experience using HRMS or ATS software.
- Knowledge of employee engagement activities.
- Basic knowledge of payroll coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Experience in IT Services, Software, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
