Responsibilities
- Tender Lifecycle Management: Identify and track relevant tenders for STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants) across various government and private portals.
- Technical-Commercial Coordination: Work closely with the Design and Proposals teams to prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical compliance sheets for specialized technologies like MBBR, SBR, and Aerated Wetlands.
- Vendor & Sub-contractor Liaison: Obtain competitive quotes from vendors for civil works, electromechanical components (pumps, blowers, panels), and specialized media.
- Documentation & Submission: Prepare Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Bank Guarantees (PBG), and ensure error-free online submission of bid documents before deadlines.
- Eligibility Analysis: Carefully review NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) to ensure the company meets all pre-qualification criteria (Turnover, Similar Work Experience, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in tender management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Knowledge of tender management software
