About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Executive with strong hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO and Manual Backlink Creation.
The key requirement for this role is the ability to identify relevant websites and create quality backlinks from new domains through manual outreach and link-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build quality backlinks manually through guest posting, blogger outreach, relevant directories, business listings and other ethical link-building methods.
- Research and acquire backlinks from new and relevant referring domains.
- Find backlink opportunities through competitor research and industry-specific website research.
- Contact website owners/bloggers for link placements and manage outreach follow-ups.
- Check the relevance and quality of websites before acquiring backlinks.
- Maintain backlink records and track new, lost and acquired links.
- Support basic On-Page SEO activities such as keyword optimisation, internal linking, meta titles and descriptions when required.
- Use SEO tools to research backlinks, competitors and website performance.
- Prepare basic SEO activity reports.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of practical SEO experience, especially in Off-Page SEO.
- Strong understanding of backlink creation and link building.
- Ability to independently find new domains for backlink acquisition.
- Experience with manual outreach and guest posting.
- Basic understanding of On-Page SEO and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Moz or similar tools is a plus.
- Good research, communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining link-building records.
Important
Candidates must have practical experience in manual backlink creation and acquiring links from new domains.
This role is focused on hands-on SEO execution, particularly Off-Page SEO and link building.
Education
Graduate in any discipline. SEO/Digital Marketing certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
