- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, inquiries, and product information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Update customer details, call records, and sales reports accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch updates.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure smooth communication.
- Support backend sales operations and related administrative tasks.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
