HR Intern – Recruitment, Onboarding & Employer Branding Sector 63, Noida | Night Shift (US Time Zone) | Internship
About the Role We're looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding for a fast-moving US-facing team. This is an in-office role, night shift, aligned with US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires (documentation, welcome process, first-week coordination)
- Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines/ATS records
- Contribute to organisational/employer branding initiatives — LinkedIn presence, careers content, culture posts
- Support HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations and reporting
Who We're Looking For
- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working night shift in sync with US time zone
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple candidates/tasks at once
- Prior internship/project exposure to HR or recruitment is a plus
