1. Patient Interaction & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and their families.
- Guide patients through hospital procedures (admissions, consultations, billing).
- Provide information about services, doctors, and departments.
- Offer emotional support and address patient concerns.
2. Handling Complaints & Feedback
- Listen to patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to address concerns.
- Maintain records of feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and service quality.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between patients and medical staff for smooth service delivery.
- Arrange appointments, tests, and follow-ups.
- Ensure clear communication of treatment plans and hospital policies.
4. Admission & Discharge Assistance
- Assist patients with admission and discharge procedures.
- Help with documentation and insurance-related processes.
- Ensure patients understand discharge instructions.
5. Patient Experience Management
- Monitor overall patient experience during hospital stay.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys.
- Implement service improvement initiatives.
6. Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient records and service logs.
- Prepare reports on patient feedback and complaints.
- Support front office or customer service operations
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
