Resort Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Lead, train, and supervise resort staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain resort quality standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare operational reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in resort, hotel, villa, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain high guest service standards.
- Basic knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
