As a Ticket Research & Buying, you will be responsible for researching high-demand events and purchasing tickets when assigned. Your role is to identify profitable opportunities, monitor ticket releases, and execute purchases accurately and efficiently while following company procedures.
Responsibilities
* Research upcoming concerts, sports, and live events.
* Monitor tour announcements, presales, and general sale dates.
* Identify high-demand events with resale potential.
* Join ticket queues and purchase tickets when instructed.
* Select the best available seats based on company guidelines.
* Update Google Sheets with event and purchase information.
* Submit daily reports and communicate important updates to the team.
* Follow all company SOPs and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Chrome.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure during ticket releases.
* Fast learner with good communication skills.
* Able to follow instructions and work independently.
Employment Details
* Full training provided.
* 3-month probation period.
* Performance is evaluated based on accuracy, speed, reliability, communication, and work quality.
