We are looking for an experienced Manager - Sales & Marketing to drive domestic and export business in pharmaceutical engineering projects.
What we are looking for:
- 9–12 years of experience in B2B / project sales
- Background in pharmaceutical engineering / turnkey projects (preferred)
- Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
- Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage domestic and export territory sales operations.
2. Understand assigned territories, customers, and overall business scope.
3. Set and agree on sales targets with management.
4. Plan sales execution including inquiries, travel, and budget requirements.
5. Implement approved plans to achieve sales targets.
6. Conduct customer visits and business travel (as required and approved).
7. Participate in key project discussions to improve conversion outcomes.
8. Follow up with customers for order conversion and lead generation.
9. Collect complete technical inputs from customers for accurate proposals.
10. Coordinate for estimation and proposal preparation.
11. Engage in technical discussions to ensure clear scope understanding.
12. Lead commercial negotiations and finalize orders.
13. Ensure timely collection of advance and milestone payments.
14. Maintain post-order customer engagement and resolve/escalate issues.
15. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
16. Achieve assigned sales and inquiry targets consistently.
17. Provide strategic inputs to improve sales performance and business growth.
