Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery - Actively participate in discussions, understand business problems and help facilitate discussions across cross functional teams

Identify and create clear action plan in consultation with cross functional teams to arrive at a solution, proactively follow-up and ensure timely support to business

Coordinate with other analysts/PM/Sr. Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Document Action, Risk, Issue and Defects tracker across all tech initiatives

Document business requirements in SAMEA cluster
-
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Provide on-going visibility to all stakeholders on status

Collaborate with PM and Finance teams to manage the financial aspects of the portfolio, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and monitoring project expenses.
About You
-
Total Experience: 4-6 years
-
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Sufficient level of business and technical acumen to effectively understand business requirements and facilitate discussions with technical and project teams

Ability to work and communicate across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
-
Good project management skills
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. (Waterfall / Agile)

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

eCommerce and Retail experience is good to have
-
OMS and WMS experience is good to have
-
XStore, retail POS and Loyalty applications experience is good to have
-
SAP experience is good to have
-
PMP certification is good to have
This role will require a proactive and adaptable individual capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring the alignment of projects with overall business objectives.
