Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management – Manage the Director’s meetings, appointments, and
travel itineraries
Communication & Correspondence – Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and
external stakeholders
Data & Report Management – Prepare business reports, presentations, and key documents for decision-making
Meeting Coordination – Organize and take minutes for high-level meetings, ensuring followups are tracked
Project Assistance – Support strategic initiatives by coordinating with different departments
Confidentiality & Documentation – Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Operational Support – Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
