Job Summary
The IR/Admin Manager is responsible for managing Industrial Relations (IR), statutory compliance, employee discipline, and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The role involves maintaining harmonious employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating with government authorities, and overseeing all administrative activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndustrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain healthy relationships between management and employees.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with labor authorities, government departments, and external agencies.
- Manage union-related matters, wage settlements, and negotiations (where applicable).
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, notices, and compliance records.
- Conduct awareness sessions on company policies, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance.
- Support legal matters related to labor and employment issues.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organization.
- Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, procurement, and office services.
- Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure proper asset management and inventory control.
- Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise the administration team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable), Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable labor laws.
- Maintain records of licenses, renewals, inspections, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in HR, MSW, PGDM in HR, or a Master's degree in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,634.79 - ₹30,000.00 per month
