Preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per company standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
Cutting, chopping, and preparation of vegetables, salads, and garnishes.
Preparation of different types of salads and salad dressings.
Maintain freshness, quality, and presentation of food items.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
Follow kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Support in mise-en-place preparation before service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the senior chef.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth and timely food service.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
