Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical & Electronic Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems within the resort. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment, guest facilities, and safety systems while maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical and electronic systems within the resort.
Ensure smooth operation of power supply systems, generators, transformers, panels, and lighting systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Monitor and maintain HVAC electrical systems, pumps, motors, and water treatment equipment.
Handle maintenance of CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and other electronic systems.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and resort standards.
Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor power consumption.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic maintenance.
- Experience in DG set, control panels, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, CCTV, and fire alarm systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
