Rejection items Send to customers for complete the WO and close the inventory
Releasing of orders in ASCP and printing
Enter the MRP attributein ERP and ensure all the resource availability
Management information system view (MIS) checking and request additionl schedule or Revised schedule
Provide delively committments based on the Monthly Plans
Create Zero value purchase for customer supplied materials
Create the Purchase request for the material
Out source parts (OSP) parts planning
List of parts Preparation
Gauges and instruction sheet supporting to supplier
Co ordination between supplier to Engineering for a Instruction sheet
Process/Progress follow up of Parts movement to next stage as per the delivery committments. i.e. RM Stores-Mfg shop-QA-NDT-SPS/HT-Marking-Final QA-Stores packing and delivery
Production Status update to internal or Marketng
Handing over of Job Orders to Stores
Ensuring maximum utilisation of resources, through Realtime tracking of utilisation and proactive planning based on the available information
