Experience: 5–6years in production, fabrication, finishing or manufacturing, preferably with hands-on experience in buffing/polishing and metal finishing.
Education: 12th Pass; ITI in Fitter, Machinist, Surface Treatment or related trade preferred.
The role will involve hands-on production work including buffing and polishing, bench work, WIP
quality inspection, assembly, packing and dispatch. The technician will also be responsible for tracking
outsourced fabrication/production work and inspecting incoming components before they move to
the next stage.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in buffing, polishing, metal finishing, fabrication or general production
work.
Ability to perform basic bench work and use common hand and power tools.
Ability to inspect and identify surface, dimensional, assembly and finishing defects.
Basic understanding of drawings, samples and production specifications.
Experience in product assembly and packing is preferred.
Ability to conduct basic QC independently and identify when work does not meet the
required standard.
Ability to work across multiple production activities and adapt to changing project
requirements.
Understanding of workplace safety procedures and correct use of PPE.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
