We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to support and strengthen
CSD (Canteen Stores Department) & CPC (Central Police Canteen) operations. The role involves sales
tracking, target monitoring, staff coordination, competitor analysis, and operational support to
ensure smooth functioning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and review secondary sales reports while tracking sales performance on a regular
basis.
2. Drive and guide Customer Care Associates (CCAs) to achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Monitor and maintain attendance records of staff across locations.
4. Track competitor schemes, offers, and new product launches to generate actionable market
insights.
5. Review store-wise targets and contribute to sales planning initiatives to maximize revenue.
6. Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and manpower support as per business
requirements.
7. Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across stores and support issue resolution in a
timely manner.
8. Prepare periodic MIS and performance reports for management review.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, retail operations, or backend sales support.
- Industry: Experience in retail, FMCG, or fashion/lifestyle industry will be preferred.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple store operations and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and execution focus.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and dependable mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
