Responsibilities:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Health Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, schedule appointments, assist patients, and support medical staff with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a polite, professional manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Register new patients and update existing patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Handle billing basics, invoices, and insurance forms (if applicable)
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada Language
- Technical / Job Skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, clinic software)
