Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present Indian dishes according to recipes.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
