Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our patient acquisition team. This role is based out of a dedicated call center environment where the associate will manage inbound and outbound patient leads through telephony systems and CRM platforms.
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for converting eye care inquiries generated through digital campaigns, aggregators, and referral channels into confirmed OPD appointments and surgical procedures.
This is a sales-focused role requiring strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, structured follow-ups, and ownership of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for assigned patient leads from various digital and referral channels.
- Act as the first point of contact and effectively engage potential patients.
- Understand patient requirements, medical needs, and intent to recommend suitable consultation or treatment options.
- Drive conversions through consultative selling by explaining clinic services, appointment availability, treatment benefits, and addressing patient concerns.
- Follow defined lead response timelines and ensure timely first contact with every assigned lead.
- Maintain complete lead coverage with systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed OPD appointments and surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho or similar platforms) including call outcomes, notes, and next follow-up actions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets related to lead conversion, appointments, and revenue generation.
- Participate in daily sales huddles, performance reviews, call audits, and coaching sessions.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and sales discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / outbound sales / blended dialer sales environment.
- Strong experience in target-based sales roles is mandatory.
- Experience in telesales BPO or customer support-only roles will not be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment with daily performance targets.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
