Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer with hands-on experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, space planning and detailing, along with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing interiors.
Candidates from NIFT, NID or other reputed design institutes with relevant interior industry exposure will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets and project scope.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts and space plans.
- Prepare 2D drawings, detailed drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colours and décor elements.
- Prepare presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits, measurements and design reviews whenever required.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and design specifications.
- Handle design revisions based on client and site requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure designs are completed within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials and finishes.
Requirements
- Qualification in Interior Design / Architecture / Design or related field.
- Relevant experience in the interior design industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant 3D/design software.
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting and execution drawings.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Good client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with execution and site teams.
- Candidates with exposure from NIFT / NID or similar reputed design institutes will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
