About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator cum Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence and create engaging content that strengthens the Aerowis Aviation brand.
The ideal candidate should be creative, updated with social media trends, and capable of creating content that attracts students and increases engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Create Reels, short videos, posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
- Shoot and coordinate video/photo content with students, instructors, and the academy team.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and social media copy.
- Manage daily social media posting and ensure content is published on schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions/sales teams for promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative content ideas for student activities, aviation training, events, achievements, and academy promotions.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and coordinate enquiries with the concerned department.
- Maintain consistency in brand image, tone, and visual quality across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation and social media management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to create trending and engaging short-form video content.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Candidates with a portfolio or previous social media work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
