What You Will Own:
- AI Recruitment System Management: Monitor AI interview pipeline, review scorecards, flag edge case
- Candidate Communication: Schedule interviews, send updates, handle queries
- Onboarding: Run Day 1 orientations, document collection, system access setup
- Offer Management: Generate offer letters, conduct offer calls, handle negotiations
- Employee Records: Maintain employee database, contracts, attendance, leave tracking
- Payroll Support: Coordinate with accountant on salary inputs, reimbursements
- Employee Experience: Be the first point of contact for team queries and concerns
- Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, manage handovers, full & final coordination
Requirements:
- Meet minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience
- Have hands-on HRMS exposure (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox)
- Have ATS experience (Freshteam, Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit)
- Have exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled workflows
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
