Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer queries, resolve issues, and provide information on products or services.
- Promote products, services, and special offers over the phone and work towards meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Ensure follow-up calls for customer satisfaction and resolution of outstanding queries or concerns
- Provide regular updates to the supervisor or team lead on customer issues, feedback, and progress toward targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Malayalam Speaking Preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to help customers.
