Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Operations teams.
- Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Support shift management, reporting, and operational audits.
- Participate in training programs and departmental rotations.
- Analyze operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
- Work closely with managers on special projects and business initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership potential and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
