Position Overview
The Sales Consultant will serve as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our electric motorcycles. The role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product features, conducting test rides, managing the sales journey, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for automobiles and sustainable transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Convert walk-in inquiries, digital leads, referrals, and field-generated prospects into sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead management and follow-up.
Customer Engagement & Experience
- Welcome customers and provide a premium brand experience throughout their showroom visit.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and test rides.
- Educate customers on EV technology, charging infrastructure, cost savings, government incentives, and ownership benefits.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Compliance
- Manage booking, financing, insurance, registration, and delivery-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and operational guidelines.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in electric mobility.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
