The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role manages inventory, supervises warehouse staff, enforces safety standards, and ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsiblities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when needed.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
