We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Documentation Assistant to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently by providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
*Responsibilities* -
- Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks and activities. - Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.-
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Organize project files and materials for easy access by team members.
- Support office management duties as required to maintain a productive work environment.
