Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, food items, and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage of inventory in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Issue stock to departments as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and stock audits.
- Update all inventory transactions in iDine software accurately and on time.
- Track stock movement, identify variances, and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and minimize wastage.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock consumption reports, and closing stock reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Hands-on experience with iDine software is mandatory.
- Experience in food and beverage inventory management will be preferred.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in iDine software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of FIFO, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
