The HR L&D Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring employee training and development programs across the organization. The role focuses on improving employee performance, skill development, compliance training, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and performance reviews.
- Prepare annual training calendars and monthly training plans.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Organize technical, behavioral, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Develop employee skill enhancement and leadership development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training agencies.
- Monitor employee training attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and submit improvement reports.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure all mandatory certifications and compliance trainings are completed on time.
- Prepare MIS reports related to training and development activities.
- Assist management in succession planning and career development programs.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
