Job Description
Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Bavdhan Branch, Pune, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Admissions to drive student enquiries, admissions, and local marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, target-oriented, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student admission enquiries through various marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct and coordinate school visits, parent interactions, seminars, events, and local campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain the school’s academic programs, facilities, and admission process to parents.
- Develop relationships with schools, communities, local organizations, and other relevant partners.
- Coordinate local and digital marketing activities to increase branch visibility.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records and provide regular admission reports.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and admissions team to achieve admission targets.
- Understand local market trends and competitor activities and suggest suitable marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing, sales, education, admissions, or business development will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with admission targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel locally for marketing activities.
