We are launching our India pilot in the healthcare vertical and are hiring a Business Development Executive to build our supplier base from the ground up.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and reach out to healthcare suppliers across India — medical consumables, disposables, diagnostics, devices, and instruments
- Run outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn (20–40 contacts per day in the early phase)
- Own end-to-end supplier onboarding — from first contact to live profile on the platform
- Guide suppliers through account setup, product listing, and category mapping
- Drive suppliers to activate free bid access and participate in their first active bid
- Maintain accurate and updated records on CRM
- Report weekly on outreach volumes, onboarding progress, and conversion metrics

REQUIREMENTS
- Currently based in Hyderabad
- 1.5 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or supplier/partner onboarding
- Prior experience in healthcare supply chain, medical products, diagnostics, or related industries preferred
- Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, or B2B procurement stakeholders is an advantage
- Candidates from Medikabazaar, HospitalStore, Moglix, or similar healthcare B2B platforms are strongly encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Good written and spoken communication in English and Hindi

NOTE: This is not a SaaS or software sales role. We are looking for candidates who have experience building B2B supplier or distributor relationships on the ground. Candidates from B2C or retail-only sales backgrounds will not be considered.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Musheerabad, Hyderabad, Telangana
