We are seeking a Banking & Finance to manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, compliance, banking, and regulatory reporting. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation (GST/TDS), audits, and RBI compliance, along with the ability to support strategic financial decisions.
Senior finance professionals are expected to oversee financial records, ensure compliance, and provide insights for business growth
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
- Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies
Banking & Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in records
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliations
- Handle TDS deductions, filings, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Indian tax laws and statutory requirements
Audit & Controls
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Ensure audit readiness and documentation
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes
Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor variance between actuals and projections
- Provide actionable insights for business decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance (India)
- Experience with audits and financial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance compliance, risk, and business needs
Qualifications
- MBA Finance / B.Com (preferred)
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in accounting & finance
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred
