Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Junior Travel Consultants to assist clients in planning domestic and international holidays. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and B2B partners.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel formalities.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Desired Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to work on computers, email, Excel, and CRM software.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
