We are seeking a results-driven Provisional Distribution Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our distribution operations. In this role, your primary focus will be building and managing a high-performing logistics team. You will oversee daily distribution workflows, spearhead local recruitment efforts to expand your team, and provide active mentorship to drive performance. Success in this provisional role opens a direct pathway to permanent senior leadership within our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Supervise daily workflows and assign strategic tasks to distribution staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, safety, and high motivation.Recruitment & Talent Development
- Partner with HR to identify staffing gaps within the distribution department.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to expand your logistics team.
- Design and execute onboarding programs to get new hires up to speed efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
