Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in fund raising activities and preparation of related documents:
- Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables
- Documentation related to domestic & foreign investments
- Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements
- Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants
- Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
- Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting
- Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis
- Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant finance experience in a startup
- Exposure to investment / fund-raising documentation
- Working knowledge of FEMA & foreign investment regulations
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliances
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
