Jobe Role: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all machining operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost objectives are achieved.
The role involves managing manpower, selection of tooling, programming CNC, VMC and conventional machining resources, maintenance coordination, process improvements, safety compliance, and continuous productivity enhancement.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Production planning and scheduling expertise.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S.
- Understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and inspection methods.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 8–15 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience with CNC turning, VMC machining centers, conventional lathe, drilling machine, tooling, and production planning.
- Experience in automotive or investment casting preffered.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
