Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and camera-confident Video / Content Creator (UGC Specialist) to produce short-form videos for Duxbe that feel native to Instagram Reels/ YouTube Shorts
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2–3 short-form videos per day for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Record videos UGC / influencer-style.
- Appear on camera to deliver content in a natural, conversational tone
- Identify trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling patterns
- Adapt and recreate high-performing formats for Duxbe
- Suggest new video ideas based on platform trends and audience behavior
- Edit videos using mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Coordinate with the marketing/product team to understand features.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot).
- Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong storytelling ability and an eye for aesthetics/visuals.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio equipment.
- High adaptability, quick learning, and a proactive attitude toward taking on feedback
