Job Title: Dealer Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles (HCV / LCV)
Location: Udaipur
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, transport hubs, brokers, fleet operators, and customer references.
- Promote and sell HCV and LCV products to retail and fleet customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions based on application, payload, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, logistics companies, SMEs, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and service teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, collection, and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of HCV and LCV products and commercial vehicle applications.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, EMI calculations, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Local market knowledge and strong networking skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Valid Driving License will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
