We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading site execution teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining project timelines, and delivering successful project handovers. The role requires strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management
- Manage complete project execution from installation to handover
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and company standards
- Monitor site progress, quality, and daily activities
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare project schedules and execution plans
- Ensure timely availability of manpower and materials
- Track timelines and resolve project delays
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and execution teams
- Allocate work based on project priority and team capacity
- Provide guidance and monitor team performance
Quality & Finishing Control
- Ensure quality installation and finishing standards
- Conduct inspections and resolve execution issues
- Ensure smooth and error-free project handover
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and consultants
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports
- Maintain smooth communication and client satisfaction
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project expenses and budgets
- Coordinate material planning and procurement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit regular project status reports
- Maintain project records and execution updates
- Escalate critical issues and delays when required

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture (B.E Civil/ B.Arch only)
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Ability to manage 5 Engineers /Supervisors effectively
- Experience in handling 5–10 projects simultaneously preferred
- Experience in handling multiple projects and teams preferred
