Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Videographer cum Editor who can handle end-to-end video production—from shooting to editing—for digital marketing campaigns. The role requires creating high-quality, engaging videos optimized for social media and advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot videos for ads, reels, interviews, and educational content
- Handle camera setup, lighting, and audio recording
- Edit videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions
- Optimize videos for performance (hook, pacing, CTA placement)
- Maintain video content library and assets
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in videography and editing
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of lighting and framing
- Experience in short-form content creation
Equipment Knowledge:
- Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon)
- Audio equipment (lapel/wireless mic)
- Basic studio lighting setup
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ad creatives (Meta/YouTube)
- Basic script understanding
- Thumbnail design
KPIs:
- Video quality and consistency
- Ad performance (CTR, watch time)
- Turnaround time for edits
Salary Range:
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
