(R) Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback
(R) Visit customer/ site periodically to gather feedback and identify areas of concern

(R) Provide detailed mix design calculation, physical and chemical analysis of raw material to customer as and when required

Maintenance Management
(A) Ensure the upkeep of the quality control labs with proper product display and availability of relevant BIS codes
(R,A) Ensure calibration of instruments is done before due date

(R) Conduct physical stock measurement and reconciliation
(R,A) Maintain all the quality records on Labsys and update as per QCI and ISO. Maintain records related to calibration of all testing equipment

Planning & Budgeting
(R) Prepare, consolidate and analyze Plant plan and budget

Product Development
(R) Generate mix and competitor data at plant level for further analysis
(R,A) Arrive at the mix design as per customer’s requirements

Product Testing
(A) Conduct testing of cubes of concrete to check if they are as per the Quality Standards
(R) Conduct statistical analysis of cubes strength results and monitoring performance of the products
(R) Conduct trials for VAC Products to check various functional parameters
(R,A) Check the quality of the raw material to ensure adherence to desired standards and specifications. Reject the material that does not match the required specifications
(R,A) Collaborate with third party testing for the cubes as and when required
(R,A) Undertake trials for performance/ dosage of different admixtures, other special materials and routine products to ensure quality parameters are met

Production Execution
(R) Ensure VAC orders to each plant are executed in time and as per required specifications
(R) Track the standard deviation of the produced batch to ensure quality of concrete is within permissible limits and take corrective measures
(R,A) Ensure workability and cohesiveness of concrete at plant and at pouring site
(R,A) Implement moisture corrections during production
(R,A) Monitor the right dosage/ admixture at batching plants during production
