Laborithm is a fast‑growing hiring and workforce operations company building modern systems for direct hiring, indirect hiring, client onboarding, and workflow automation. We are expanding and looking for a driven, fast‑learning specialist who can help build and run the operational and growth engines of the business.
Role Overview
The Business Operations & Growth Specialist supports both operations and client acquisition. You will build workflows, source candidates, run lead generation, integrate AI tools, and help onboard clients into our new system. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve workflows for hiring, onboarding, candidate search, and internal operations
- Research and identify potential client companies
- Create/Execute lead generation campaigns
- Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress
- Source candidates for direct and indirect hiring roles
- Use AI tools for resume matching, screening, and automation
- Support client onboarding and documentation collection
- Track worker hours, update client spend, and maintain pipelines
- Test new tools, report issues, and help refine system workflows
- Keep operations organized and ensure tasks move forward
What You Bring
- 3-5 years in operations, recruiting, sales support, or a generalist role
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Comfortable with outreach, research, and lead generation
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Curious, resourceful, and able to figure things out independently
- Experience with AI tools is a plus (not required)
Compensation depends on experience and capability.
Preferred (but NOT required)
- BBA / MBA
- BA in Communications or Marketing
- BS in Industrial Engineering or Operations
- BS in Information Systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred — strong operations or growth experience matters more than formal education.
