Job Summary:
We are looking for a Computer Operator cum Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide service support, and manage basic office paperwork. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers and using basic computer tools.
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Provide information about services and resolve queries
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Perform basic computer operations and documentation
- Assist in day-to-day office tasks
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Ability to handle customers politely
- Prior experience preferred (1–2 years)
