Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection, proper sample handling, patient support, and maintaining accurate records.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical training are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients using standard procedures.
- Properly label and handle collected samples.
- Maintain accurate sample and patient records.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures during sample collection.
- Assist patients during the collection process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sample collection area.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team for sample processing.
- Ensure samples are handled and stored as per laboratory procedures.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
- DMLT, BMLT, MLT, or relevant Phlebotomy qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of blood collection and sample handling.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Candidates with internship or practical training are welcome.
- Willingness to learn and follow laboratory procedures.
