Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing and screening skills, a good understanding of the US hiring landscape, and experience recruiting for diverse IT skill sets.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for various US-based IT requirements.
This is a full-time on-site role based at our office in Indore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social platforms, and advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
- Work on various employment types with strong knowledge of W2 and C2C hiring models.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely submission and closure of requirements
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and tracker
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN)
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java Developers, Salesforce Developers, UX Designers, etc.
- Experience sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
- Ability to work with visa-independent candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
