We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in IT Services sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, referrals, job portals, and other sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams for project scoping and solution discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in IT Services or Software Sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation and business development.
- Proven ability to close software development projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development services, including:
- AI & Machine Learning
- Blockchain

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia).
- Existing client network is a plus.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and estimation processes.
